If there is a negative credit entry, the banks will not issue any loans. A negative credit entry is then created for a person when there are dunning and enforcement orders, when banks have canceled a person’s giro or credit accounts due to arrears, and when recurring accounts have been terminated by mail order companies due to outstanding payments.
Furthermore, a person receives negative credit entries through misuse of debit and credit cards as well as arrears with regard to the repayment of loans and the use of insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, there is a negative credit entry in the case of a sworn affidavit for impoverishment or if an arrest warrant against the person to enforce the affidavit exists.
Credit without credit entry from Switzerland
In Germany, there are no banks that grant a loan without credit entry. In addition, loans from German banks are not awarded if one or more negative credit entries already exist. These loans, in which no examination of the previous credit entries is carried out and which are not registered in the credit, can be applied for in Switzerland, among others. In this case, however, the applicant must also fulfill a number of requirements regarding the creditworthiness.
These include a regular income and proof that the current employment relationship has existed with the employer for at least twelve months. In addition, the Swiss loan is not available to all groups of people. Excluded from the loan without credit entry from Switzerland are freelancers, the self-employed, students, unemployed, housewives without income and pensioners as well as persons under 18 years and persons, which are older than 58 years old. Male persons under the age of 23 who apply for a loan without a credit entry into Switzerland must prove that they have performed military service or are exempted from compulsory military service. Furthermore, the loan without credit entry from Switzerland will not be granted if the applicant has already filed for personal bankruptcy or if he has filed an affidavit for lack of funds. Further excluded from a Swiss loan are applicants who are employed by a temporary employment agency.
The Swiss loan can be applied for online and the applicant receives the money by bank transfer to an account specified at the time of application. It is also possible to receive the loan amount in cash by post. When redeeming the money can be transferred by standing order to the Swiss Bank or be sent by post.
Before applying for a loan without credit entry
Before deciding on a Swiss loan, you should think carefully about the purpose for which the loan should be used, whether the acquisition can be postponed to a later date and whether the monthly installments can be paid to repay the Swiss loan. If there is already a negative credit entry, top priority should be to repay the debt and not to take out a new loan.
Beware of dubious offers
In the field of credit without credit entry there are also dubious credit intermediaries. This can usually be recognized by the fact that they require advance fees and fees for credit brokerage. In addition, borrowers are required to take out life insurance. You should not touch these offers.
